Prophet's Tradition
Every human, every day
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Charity is incumbent upon every human, every day.” He then gave five examples of Charity, as follows:-
- Bringing about peace between two quarelling people is charity;
- Helping a person to mount his camel or unloading his luggage is charity;
- A good word is charity;
- Every step taken towards a Mosque is charity;
- Removing anything from the roadway that causes an inconvenience is also charity.
