The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Our Lord descends every night to the nearest heaven during the last third of the night.

Then He calls His servants and says, “Is there anyone who calls upon Me and I respond to his call; who asks of Me and I grant him; who asks forgiveness of Me and I forgive him.”
